This is your time – experience the deeply relaxing Reiki treatment that activates the body’s innate healing ability. An hour of Reiki is as restorative as three to four hours sleep, enabling clear-mindedness around decisions for the next steps in your healing journey. Nancie will check with you to identify areas of your life that you would like to work towards healing. You set an intention that is the foundation for your personal healing journey.

Nancie works with you to explore the behaviours, thinking patterns and limiting beliefs that can hold you back from making meaningful and lasting change. She then provides you with the tools and strategies that enable you to take self-driven actions to instigate effective change. Her holistic approach integrates Reiki, breathwork and deep relaxation techniques within each session, to promote your total well-being.

Reiki Connect Online Practice Group

Open to all Reiki graduates from Reiki I onwards and through any teacher/lineage.
Be supported in your Reiki practices through guidance, connection and sharing.
Sessions will include:- the 5 elements of traditional Japanese Reiki - e.g. guided Reiki meditations, self healing, remote (distant) healing, the Reiki Precepts and paired/small group sharing.
When:These are held online via Zoom on the second and fourth Monday of each month, except Public Holidays.

Led by Reiki Master Practitioner Nancie, sessions provide a calm, supportive space to relax, restore balance and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, clarity or deeper personal growth, you’ll be gently guided with practical tools and care.
